30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • All accessories and included items must be returned
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@precisebeautysupply.com with your order number and the reason for return
  2. We will send you a return authorization and return instructions
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items: Free return shipping — we will provide a prepaid return label
  • Change of mind or other reasons: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
